Cargill Launches New ExcelŽ Fresh Meats Web Site

WICHITA, Kan. – Cargill launched a new Web site (www.ExcelFreshMeats.com) for its ExcelŽ Fresh Meats brand to provide customers with more information about the Excel brand and its promise of striving to provide a Genuinely Better™ experience.
The site contains downloadable beef and pork documents for retail and foodservice customers, detailed product descriptions for beef and pork, and a news room with the latest product news from Cargill. The new site also has increased usability, as it is HTML-based and does not contain Flash applications so that visitors with dial-up or limited Internet access can view the full site. The site is also easier to navigate for people with disabilities.
“We found that customers and potential customers want more information about the Excel brand available to them online,” explained Misty High, group brand manager, Excel Fresh Meats. “So we developed the new www.ExcelFreshMeats.com site to help meet that need.”
